Disclosed is use of 2-[3-(2-chloroethyl)-3-nitrosoureido]-1,3-propanediol for treating HER2-positive tumors experimentally in dose of 15-20 mg/kg parenterally.EFFECT: in mice FVB/N with spontaneous or transplantable HER2-positive breast cancer 2-[3-(2-chloroethyl)-3-nitrosoureido]-1,3-propanediol (intraperitoneally) once caused partial and even complete temporary regression of tumor; invention extends the range of products for treating HER2-positive tumors, increases the therapeutic effect in suppressing tumor growth.1 cl, 2 dwg, 6 tbl, 3 ex Изобретение относится к медицине, а именно к онкологии. Предложено применение 2-[3-(2-хлорэтил)-3-нитрозоуреидо]-1,3-пропандиола для лечения HER2-положительных опухолей в эксперименте в дозе 15-20 мг/кг парентерально. Технический результат: у мышей FVB/N со спонтанным или перевиваемым HER2-положительным раком молочной железы 2-[3-(2-хлорэтил)-3-нитрозоуреидо]-1,3-пропандиол (внутрибрюшинно) однократно вызывал частичную и даже полную временную регрессию опухоли. Изобретение расширяет арсенал средств лечения HER2-положительных опухолей, повышает терапевтический эффект в подавлении роста опухоли. 2 ил., 6 табл., 3 пр.
