Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: technological processes.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a binder composition for making a polymer composite material (PCM) or prepregs for PCM, to versions of binder composition production method, method of curing a binder composition, a polymer composite material and a method for production thereof. Binder composition contains: (1) a polymerisable mixture containing one or more bis-phthalonitrile monomers of general formula:where X, Y, Z are each independently selected from a group consisting of H, F, Cl, Br and CH, in amount of 20-94 wt% of weight of polymerised mixture; one or more reactive plasticisers-fire retardants of general formula:where groupcan be in meta-or para-position relative to oxygen atom bound with benzene ring, and R is selected from aryl, oxyaryl, alkyl or oxyalkyl, or plasticisers-antipyrenes of general formula:in which R is selected from aryl, oxyaryl, alkyl or oxyalkyl, taken in amount of 5-80 wt% of the total weight of the polymerisable mixture; one or more active diluents of general formula:where R can be in meta- or para-position relative to an oxygen atom bound to a benzene ring, and is H, CN, NHor N(CH), in amount of 1 to 50 % of the total weight of the polymerisable mixture. Binder composition also includes (2) a polymerisation initiator in amount of 1-20 % of the total weight of the polymerisable mixture, selected from aromatic diamines or bisphenols having a boiling point at vacuum of 0.1 mm Hg not less than 180 °C. Total content of the polymerisable mixture and the polymerisation initiator ranges from 60 to 100 wt% of the total weight of the binder.EFFECT: invention increases heat resistance of the binder composition and enables to obtain a composite material having high heat resistance after curing at temperatures up to 450 °C, having fusion or vitrification temperature not higher than 50 °C, providing value of melt viscosity in range from 100 to 180 °C below 800 mPa⋅s, and in range from 120 to 180 °C below 300 mPa⋅s.46 cl, 3 tbl, 45 ex
