Complex differs by the fact that on the vehicle there installed is the device for automated installation of the screen into the previously created trench. In compliance with another embodiment, trencher and device for automated installation of rolled fire-proof shields in trenches created by it are installed on vehicle. In the third embodiment, a plow-mounted plow and a device for automated installation of rolled fire-proof screens into the created furrow are installed on the vehicle. In all three embodiments, the system can also include a device for starting annealing from the screen, for example, an incendiary apparatus of a plug-and-drop type, which is filled with a petrol-oil mixture. Vehicle can be robotic, have remote control facilities and GPS-trackers. Device for automated installation of screen can operate in mode of extracting fire-retardant incombustible screen from trench and its coiling into roll after fire confinement. Roll of fire-retardant incombustible shield contains bio-valves for passage of small animals. Device for automated installation of screen in trench contains at least one decoiler in form of two facing miniplans, formed by two rollers, on which stretched elastic belts, between which the installed screen is passed, wherein the belts are pressed to each other and/or pressure rollers and/or pressure plates. Roll of fire-resistant incombustible screen contains vertical posts, for example, from incombustible basalt fibre in form of basalt reinforcement or metal tubes of different shape, connected to non-combustible screen material (silica fabric) by means of metal staples fixed by different methods. Mobile complex improves efficiency of localization of forest fires by means of automation, reduces labour intensity of installing fire-retardant shields and enables automatic collection and re-use thereof. Application of plows significantly increases speed of installation of screens on soft types of soils. Important advantage of the method is humanisation of the forest fire localization process due to creation of the possibility of salvaging small forest fauna through bio-valves arranged in roll fire-proof screens. Installation of fire-proof screen along any curvilinear trajectory is 5-10 times faster than any other methods, and is much more effective than all known methods of forest fire stopping and localization. Considering insignificant
