Integrated plant for seawater desalination and power generation comprises cold seawater pipeline 9, adiabatic multi-stage evaporator, external heat exchanger 20, distillate discharge pipeline 30, brine discharge pipeline 32, gas turbine plant 1, waste heat boiler 6, counter-pressure steam turbine 4 with controlled high and low pressure steam samplings, deaerator 7, superheated steam pipeline 3, chemical water purification plant 33, condensate pipeline 27, makeup 16 and heated 18 seawater pipelines, seawater preheater heat exchanger 22, secondary steam condenser 26, and steam jet ejector unit 19. Heat-recovery steam generator 6 comprises economiser 10, an evaporator and a superheater. Back pressure of the back pressure steam turbine 4 is connected to the inlet of seawater heater 8 having recirculation pipeline 13 of the heated seawater with the pump. Output of seawater heater 8 with economizer 10 of waste heat boiler 6. Output of superheater of waste heat boiler 6 is connected to counter-pressure steam turbine 4, controlled high-pressure steam extraction of which is connected to external heater 20. Adjustable low pressure steam sampling is connected to upper part of first stage casing of adiabatic multi-stage evaporator. In the upper zone of the last stage of the adiabatic multistage evaporator there is heater 22 for preheating of cold seawater and condenser 26 of secondary steam. Distillate discharge pipeline 30 is connected to external consumers through chemical water treatment 33 and makeup water pipe 16 with deaerator inlet 7. Cold seawater pipeline 9 is arranged to divide water into two flows. Rotors of gas turbine of gas turbine plant 1 and counter-pressure steam turbine 4 are connected by shafts to their electric generators 2, 5. In steps of multistage evaporator there are heating elements - two-way shell-and-tube condensers of secondary steam 24, louvre separators of secondary steam, brine receivers, bypass pipes of throttle-spray device 28, collecting chambers of distillate of secondary steam 25.
