Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: oil and gas industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of natural gas production, in particular, to ensuring the optimal management of a complex of technological processes for the collection and preparation of gas to the mainline transport. Essence of the invention is the removal of liquid plugs from the gas plume by connecting it with the help of switching valves to an additional line with an in-line separator and an ejector, the other end of which is connected to the input separator. Aim of the invention is to eliminate liquid plugs from gas plumes while minimizing the loss of the produced fluid and minimizing the environmental impact on the gas and gas condensate fields in the Extreme North. To that end, install an additional line with an in-line separator and an ejector, the entrance of which can be connected to any of the loops connecting the production wells with the integrated gas processing facility through the cranes in the switching valve building. At the same time, the output of the additional line is connected to the gas supply manifold to the inlet separator of the gas processing facility. In this case, the entire flow of the produced fluid from the plume connected to the additional line, from which it is necessary to remove the liquid plug, goes only along it. At the same time, a part of the gas stream after compression at the booster compressor station is fed as high-pressure gas to the ejector. Flow rate of the gas supplied to the ejector, set in such a way that the pressure at the inlet of the plume in the gas processing facility is reduced to the value necessary for the removal of the liquid tube from the plume. This liquid, which is then carried out of the plume, is separated from the stream of the produced fluid using an in-line separator, from which it is directed along a special line to the slug-catching tank. To minimize the cost of manufacturing an additional line, its common part is to use a common gas discharge manifold per candle, which is available in the switching valve building. Usage of the proposed method and device allows for an isolated decrease in pressure at the inlet of each of the loops in the gas processing facility for choice. Due to this, the minimum required pressure at the inlet to the booster compressor station is maintained. When using an in-line separator, the stability of the ejector is ensured by separating the liquid phase directly in the low-pressure gas stream. Timely elimination of liquid p |
