Upon formation of scarring forming creases of Descemet's membrane after keratomic corneal punctures, non-invasive rex is performed by circular or arcuate incision of posterior surface of corneal stroma and Descemet's membrane with radius smaller than radius of arrangement of keratomic cicatrixes by means of femtosecond laser.EFFECT: method enables reducing the period of postoperative treatment and rehabilitation.1 cl, 4 dwg, 2 ex Изобретение относится к медицине, а именно к офтальмологии, и может быть применимо для лечения послеоперационных отеков роговицы. При образовании после кератомических роговичных проколов рубцов, формирующих складки десцеметовой мембраны, проводят неинвазивный рексис путем кругового или аркуатного прорезания задней поверхности стромы роговицы и десцеметовой мембраны радиусом, меньшим радиуса расположения кератомических рубцов с помощью фемтосекундного лазера. Способ позволяет сократить период послеоперационного лечения и реабилитации. 4 ил., 2 пр.
