Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to application of coating, particularly high viscosity compositions on inner surface of cylindrical shells, for example, small chemical reactors. Proposed method comprises application of high viscosity composition in the form of helical coils by means of nozzle with subsequent polymerisation. Nozzle is made with a hole of round section. Feeding composition is performed in lower quarter of cross section of shell at acute angle to its surface in direction of rotation. In zone of contact with shell surface, jet is formed with diameter d> 1/5 t, where t is pitch of helical coils. Coating is formed differentially in thickness at separate sections of shell. In process of application, consumption of composition is set depending on thickness of coating by means of dosing device according to preset program. At the same time the nozzle is moved at a constant speed. At the beginning and end of the application, the composition is fed without moving the nozzle for one revolution of the shell. At the end of the application, the shell is placed in a thermal chamber, rotated at peripheral speed of not less than 4 m/s, leveling the helical coils for a time h 1/5 t, где t - шаг винтовых витков.
