APPARATUS FOR SEPARATING WASTES OF FATTENING COMPLEX

FIELD: agriculture.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular to equipment for separation of wastes of fattening complexes into liquid and thickened fractions; to food industry, for example for dehydration of raw material in production of pectin, liquid phase separation of loose materials, during drying materials. Equipment for separation of wastes comprises housing, loading means, filter, drive, unloading device for discharge of thickened fraction, unloading device for discharge of filtrate. Perforated filter is installed at acute angle to axis of rotation and is made in form of polygonal perforated pyramid with flat perforated edges along its perimeter and with flat end perforated cheeks of polygonal shape, mounted at acute angle 5-85° one to another and at different angles to filter rotation axis, at that, turned relative to each other through 0-360° angle, and housing is equipped from the top with biogas utilization exhauster, with slit for outlet of filtrate beyond vibrating housing, which together with perforated filter, loading and unloading trunnions is fixed on frame, resilient mounted on base, wherein filter is equipped with trunnions and along whole length inside filter and two trunnions there installed is cylindrical tension spring with square section of turns to move wastes from loading to unloading and to output thickened fraction beyond vibrating housing to capacity, wherein warm air feed pipeline is fitted into said trunnion to feed wastes in loading trunnion from loading device to filter.EFFECT: expanded performances separation of wastes of fattening complexes into liquid and thickened fractions, higher efficiency and quality of wastes separation.1 cl, 5 dwg Изобретение относится к сельскому хозяйству, в частности к оборудованию для разделения отходов откормочных комплексов на жидкие и сгущенные фракции; к пищевой промышленности, например для обезвоживания сырья при производстве пектина, отделения жидкой фазы из сыпучих материалов, при сушке материалов.
