According to the method, at least one container comprising at least one matrix made from a material with different solubility in a formation fluid of different composition and containing trace particles dispersed in the matrix material in the form of particles with different physical and chemical properties, is installed at required depth and / or in wellhead with provision of contact with produced formation fluid. Solubility of the matrices in model solutions with different ratios of water, liquid hydrocarbon and natural gas and depending on the flow rate is pre-determined. At that, the container can be made with the possibility of replacement as the matrix dissolution, as well as release from the matrix, when it interacts with formation fluid, tracer marks and / or using an external control signal, including after well shutdown.
