Device is additionally equipped with the working agent discharge valve, which communicates with the displacement chamber, quick-detachable connection is communicated with the two-way pneumatic guide distributor and the control pilot mechanical pneumatic valve, by its outputs communicated with the pneumatic two-way guide distributor corresponding control inputs and controlled float, which is located in the displacement chamber.
