Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: heat exchange.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method and apparatus for cooling a dust-laden exhaust gas from a metallurgical installation. Said method includes cooling the exhaust gas by indirect heat transfer, supplying the exhaust gas to cooling at a temperature of over 650 °C, at least once the direction of the flow of the exhaust gas is changed, preferably in the opposite direction of the flow, while the exhaust gas is cooled in a countercurrent manner. Further, the apparatus comprises a line for supplying the exhaust gas, a line for discharging the exhaust gas, wherein the exhaust gas supply line enters at least one counterflow exhaust gas duct, and the counterflow exhaust gas duct opens into the exhaust gas discharge line and the cooling gas supply line opens into the counterflow cooling gas duct, wherein the counterflow cooling gas duct and the counterflow exhaust gas passage are made with ensuring mutual indirect heat transfer in the countercurrent from gas to gas, moreover, the counterflow cooling gas duct has at least two sections having differently oriented longitudinal directions, which are preferably arranged in parallel, and the counterflow exhaust gas dust has at least one, preferably at least two sections in the form of a flat bag with at least one inlet and at least one outlet for exhaust gas, which is bounded by sheet-metal plates, while between a pair of opposite sheet-metal plates of one flat bag there are elements to impart rigidity, and in the intervals between the sections in the form of flat bags there are shaking elements mounted on one of these two surfaces of the flat bag.EFFECT: reduced cost of removing dust deposits while maintaining heat transfer.13 cl, 5 dwg
