Earthing device contains a tubular electrode and a wire of the current lead with a contact assembly consisting of a split bushing pressed into the electrode with a height of 20-40 mm with an outer diameter, 0.5-2.0 mm smaller than the internal diameter of the electrode, made with a rectangular incision along the diameter of 2-4 mm wide and 1.2-1.3 depth of the sleeve radius, with a through hole with a diameter of 8-12 mm in the center of the sleeve, in which, together with the wire, a metal insert with a height of 10-40 mm greater than the height of the sleeve, whose diameter is 0.4-1.5 mm smaller than the diameter of the hole of the sleeve, is pressed, and on the side surface of the insert on one side there is a contact pad in the form of a flat cut at an angle of 10-12 degrees relative to the central axis, the contact assembly is sealed, the tubular electrode is made of titanium with a coating of mixed oxides of titanium, ruthenium and iridium with an iridium content of 8-12 %, a steel spiral is fixed on the outer surface of the electrode, the contact node is located symmetrically with respect to the midpoint of the axis of the tubular electrode and is sealed on both sides, three holes are made in the split sleeve for the compound to flow, plugs are fixed at the ends of the electrode, and a hole is made in the upper plug for the output of the wire.EFFECT: reduction of electrode resistance and elimination of its surface passivation in the region of high anode current densities for a long period of its operation.1 cl, 3 dwg
