Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: manufacturing technology.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of manufacturing a cellular honeycomb filler from composite materials from prepreg, followed by polymerization in a honeycomb unit. Technical result is achieved by the method of continuous hot forming of honeycomb filler from prepreg, which includes heating of the prepreg and its molding with obtaining cells of uniform shape, as well as subsequent polymerization of the formed block of honeycomb filler. Wherein the cell block is molded in a conductor equipped with horizontal edges of two different heights, alternating through one edge. On each of these edges between the vertical guides of the conductor stack the first row of press strips having a rectangular cross-section. Next, two trays are installed in the conductor, equipped with a heating element, on which the first layer of prepreg is placed. Above the ribs of lower height set the next row of press strips. Prepreg is heated. As the prepreg softens, the trays are pushed apart in different directions. In this case, the press strips successively, starting from central to extreme, are lowered, pressing the prepreg into the recesses between the press strips of the previous row. After completion of the molding of the first layer of prepreg, trays return to the center, put the next layer of prepreg, on top of which set the next row of press strips, placing them above the edges of greater height. Next, the process is repeated, changing the place of installation of the press strips in each of the next row, to obtain a cell block of the required height.EFFECT: technical result is the provision of continuous step-by-step hot forming of honeycomb filler, as well as improving the quality and strength characteristics of the resulting honeycomb blocks.1 cl, 4 dwg
