Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: technological processes.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to the field of modeling the process of electrical separation of a mixture of polymer particles in the force field of the working space of an electric separator and can find application in an imitation computer experiment of electrical separations to determine the optimum parameters of an electric separator. Method includes analysis of the force field of the working space of the electric separator, determination of the necessary parameters of the pre-charged particles of the mixture, parameters of the electric separator and the values of these parameters, determination of the points of separation of the mixture particles from the surface of the depositing electrode and the trajectories of their motion. When analyzing the force field of the electric separator, the superposition of forces acting on the particles of the mixture, which are on the precipitating electrode, are supplemented by the frictional force between the particles of the mixture and the precipitating electrode of the separation point of the polymer particles of the mixture are calculated if there is no reaction force from the side of the precipitating electrode, the trajectory of the motion of the polymer particles of the mixture is obtained from the solution of the equations of motion. When determining the optimum parameters of an electric separator for separating a mixture of polymer particles, a series of experimental electrical separations is imitated using a computer program, with the use of an algorithm based on a method for modeling the process of electrical separation of a mixture of polymer particles in the electric field of an electric separator.EFFECT: it is possible to carry out experimental separations using a computer program and achieve a significant reduction in operating time for determining the optimum parameters of the electric separator for the given technological parameters of electrical separation.2 cl, 4 dwg
