METHOD FOR TREATING METASTASES OF COLORECTAL CANCER IN THE LIVER

На первом этапе проводят одномоментное интраоперационное удаление первичного очага и метастазов из менее пораженной доли путем паренхимосохраняющей резекции, перевязку ветви воротной вены контрлатеральной доли. Через 7 дней проводят химиоэмболизацию ветви печеночной артерии на стороне перевязки ветви воротной вены. Через 21 день выполняют гемигепатэктомию. Способ позволяет уменьшить риск прогрессирования опухолевого процесса.
