Summary of the invention is in that the ultrasonic transducer is placed in the set scanning zone and monitoring operations are carried out, including probing with the ultrasonic frequency pulses, received signals recording by means of the flaw detector, with provision of their visualization in the form of amplitude-time scanning, corresponding to the predetermined scanning zone time zone selection thereon,which aperture is selected under condition of the probe pulse not entering thereto, setting the signal utility criterion and recorded in this time zone received signals analyzing, including their amplitudes determination after the predetermined time interval, moving the ultrasound transducer in the scanning zone and repeating the inspection operations. At that, in the selected time zone forming the adaptive threshold based on the received signal leading edge rate of increase for the predetermined time interval and added to the amplitude the shift noise signal, which values are selected depending on the used ultrasonic transducer type, and as the signal utility criterion, selecting the adaptive threshold signal exceeding by the amplitude with the given signal leading edge rate of increase, and if the amplitude increment for the predetermined time interval is greater than the predetermined value, the adaptive threshold is formed from this predetermined value, and if this increment is less than the predetermined value or is equal thereto, the adaptive threshold is considered to be completely repeating the waveform and, accordingly, the signal is considered as the noise.EFFECT: increase in the monitoring accuracy.6 cl, 3 dwg
