В способе транспортирования грузов по воздуху используют ракеты различных классов, причем вместо боевой головной части используют специальный контейнер с конструкцией крепления к корпусу ракеты идентичной конструкции крепления боеголовки. В контейнере размещаются грузы, парашют и радиомаяк. Способ не требует аэродромов взлета и посадочных площадок и не зависит от погодных условий.
