Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: electricity.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a gas discharge technique and can be used in the development and manufacture of gas-filled dischargers with hydrogen filling. Method of manufacturing a hydrogen-filled discharge gap in the placement of structural elements in a shell, including an insulator, filling the shell with electronegative gas, training with the subsequent removal of gas from the shell, washing it with hydrogen and filling it with working gas to a pressure providing a given dynamic breakdown voltage. After that, voltage pulses are applied to the spark gap electrodes and conduct training in the operating mode, provided that the dynamic breakdown voltage is at the level of the sliding breakdown voltage along the inner surface of the insulator, with the exception of the possibility of breakdown along the insulator, in the process of filling the spark gap with the working gas it is initially filled to a pressure at which the value of the dynamic breakdown voltage is 5-10% higher than the equilibrium state voltage, when the dynamic breakdown voltage is equal to the voltage of the sliding breakdown along the inner surface of the insulator. Then, impulses of voltage are applied to the spark gap electrodes and trained until the dynamic breakdown voltage stabilizes, then gradually lower the pressure until the dynamic breakdown voltage is established at the level of the sliding breakdown voltage along the inner surface of the insulator, with the exception of the possibility of breakdown along the insulator and the achievement of the set value of the dynamic breakdown voltage lying within the limits of: 0.9U |
