Zusammenfassung:FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of machine building, in particular to combined supports consisting of a rolling bearing and a sliding bearing with a gas lubricant, used for shafts of low- and high-speed radially loaded shafts radial suspension for various purposes, i. e. turbo-refrigerators, turbo-expanders, power generators, turbines of aircraft, land, water and underwater transport facilities, etc. Combined radial bearing comprises a detachable housing (2) with a concentrically arranged in it closed rolling bearing (1) and gas-dynamic sliding bearing. Rolling bearing (1) inner race outer surface is made with an antifriction coating, and the of the plain bearing (1) outer race is stationary fixed in the housing socket (2). Gas-dynamic sliding bearing hub (4) is fixedly mounted on the shaft (3), and on its outer side sectional grooves (5) are made with or without spring elements (6) fixed in them by elastic lugs (7) with antifriction coating.
