Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely the monitoring of microhemodynamics in the pancreas during surgery using speckle-contrast imaging technology. Method comprises the following stages: recording R series from Q speckle images of the pancreas investigated region, wherein each series of speckle images r are recorded within maximum one second. For each speckle image q the average intensity of the scattered lightand the root-mean-square value of the fluctuationsof scattered light intensity are determined. Averaging ofandby Q speckle images in one series is performed. For each series of speckle pictures r, the contrast valueis calculated. Contrast value Kfor different series of speckle images is compared and in the presence of a difference between the values a conclusion is made about qualitative violation of microhemodynamics. Calibration series is also preliminarily recorded from the Q speckle images of a phantom that simulates blood flow at a given velocity υ. For each speckle image q the average intensity of the scattered lightand the root-mean-square value of the fluctuationsof scattered light intensity are determined. Averaging ofandby Q speckle images in the calibration series is performed. For the calibration series of speckle images, the contrast valueis calculated. Correlation time τis calculated from the dependence of K (τ). Coefficient a is calculated from the dependence u (τ, a). Absolute value of the blood flow velocity υ(a, K) is calculated for each series from the Q speckle images of the study area.EFFECT: comparing υfor different series of speckle images, the conclusion is made about quantitative violation of microhemodynamics; invention makes it possible to expand the functionality and improve the accuracy of monitoring the violations of microhemodynamics.1 cl, 2 dwg
