A plasma gas injection unit is located between them. An anode channel consists of a confuser and diffuser, made in the form of truncated cones, which are interconnected with their upper bases. The junction between the cones is made toroidal with the radius of generating circle r=4...8 mm. The angles at the vertices of the cones of the confuser and the diffuser are equal, respectively, α=80°...96° and β=38°...48°. The diameter of the smallest cross-section of the channel is D=15...18 mm. The cathode represents a copper water cooled cage with a refractory insert and has a truncated cone shape at the end with an angle at a vertex γ
