Method for the preparation of a titanium catalyst for the stereospecific polymerization of isoprene in the presence of a catalytic system of TiCl-Al (iCH)-diphenyloxide-piperylene by reaction of toluene solutions of titanium tetrachloride containing diphenyloxide, and triisobutyl aluminum containing piperylene, at a molar ratio of titanium and aluminum catalyst components to diphenyloxide and piperylene of not less than 1:0.7 at a temperature of not more than minus 5 °C with subsequent circulation of the catalyst along a contour including a small tubular turbulent reactor of the diffuser-confuser structure, with interaction of the catalyst components is carried out directly in the additionally installed small-sized tubular turbulent reactor of the diffuser-confuser structure at a linear velocity of flows in the wide part (diffuser) of at least 1.7 m/s and the residence time of the reagents in the mixing zone is not more than 3.5 s, and the catalytic complex so prepared is alternately supplied to parallel-running volumetric apparatuses with stirring devices and cooling jackets. Feed to the polymerization of the finished catalyst from the two parallel volumetric devices running in parallel is produced by the metering pumps alternately: from one apparatus the catalyst is fed for polymerization, in the other apparatus the catalyst is recruited at this time.
