Zusammenfassung:FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a cobalt catalyst selective to produce fractions C-C, C-Cfrom CO and Hhydrocarbons, and, a method of preparing a catalyst. The catalyst for the synthesis of hydrocarbons has the following composition, wt %: cobalt catalyst with the addition of aluminium on a silica gel carrier-30-40; binding boehmite - 30-40; zeolite ZSM-5 in the H-form - the rest; wherein the cobalt catalyst with aluminium addition on a silica gel support contains, wt %: cobalt-5.7-7.6; the addition of aluminium - 0.3-0.4; the silica gel carrier - the rest. The method includes preliminary preparation of the support, impregnation of the support with an aqueous solution of cobalt nitrate, heat treatment, and activation of the catalyst. Preliminary preparation of the carrier is carried out in the drying mode for 2-4 hours at a temperature of 140-160°C, at the stage of impregnating the carrier into an aqueous solution of cobalt nitrate with a concentration of 35-55 wt %, an aluminium additive is added in the form of aluminium nitrate at a weight ratio of Co: AlOin an impregnating solution of 100: 5, the heat treatment of the catalyst involves drying, first for 2-4 hours at a temperature of 80-100°C, then for 2-4 hours at a temperature of 100-150°C, and a calcination for 4-6 hours at a temperature of 250-300°C. The cobalt catalyst with an aluminium addition on a silica gel support is ground to particles of less than 0.1 mm, mixed with ZSM-5 zeolite powders in the H-form and boehmite binder with particle sizes less than 0.1 mm, and a nitric acid solution is added, mixed until a homogeneous mass is produced, with constant stirring, the mass is heated and held at a temperature of 60-70°C to a residual moisture content of 70 wt %, the catalyst pellets are formed with a diameter less than 2 mm, dried for 20-24 hours at a temperature of 20-25°C, for 4-6 hours at a temperature of 80-100°C, for 2-4 hours at a temperature of 100-150°C, calcined for 4-6 hours at a temperature of 340-360°C, ground to a particle size of 2-3 mm, followed by activation with hydrogen at a gas space velocity of 3000hfor 0.75-1 hour at a temperature of 380-400°C.EFFECT: catalytic produced by this method has improved performance.2 cl, 3 dwg, 6 ex Изобретение относится к химической промышленности, в том числе нефтехимии, газохимии, углехимии, и может быть использовано при приготовлении катализаторов для процесса получения углеводородов из CO и Hпо методу Фишера-Тропша.
