Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: agriculture.SUBSTANCE: strip seeding machine comprises a frame 1 on which wheels 2, a hopper 3 with screening out devices 4 and their drive, seed drill tubes 5, a milling section 6 and packing wheels 7 are mounted. The milling section 6 has a depth adjustment mechanism 8 and is closed with a casing 9 with seed guides 10. On the output shaft of the milling section 6, working bodies 11 are mounted in the form of disks 12 with L-shaped blades 13. Each working body 11 comprises a safety coupling consisting of a drive 14 and a driven 15 half-couplings and an intermediate sleeve 16. On the end surface of the drive half-coupling 14, holes with balls in them 18 are located circumferentially. The intermediate sleeve 16 is rotatably mounted on the shaft 17 and has holes on the end surface corresponding to the holes of the drive half-coupling 14. The outer surface of the intermediate sleeve 16 is formed with longitudinal protrusions. The driven half-coupling 15 with longitudinal protrusions on the inner surface is mounted on the intermediate sleeve 16 on the bearings 19 so that each of the longitudinal protrusions of the driven half-coupling 15 is located in the longitudinal groove of the sleeve 16 and damper springs 20 are installed between them, the total rigidity of which at the longest installation length is equal to the minimum force of soil cutting with L-shaped blades 13. Wherein the drive half-coupling 14 and the intermediate sleeve 16 are compressed together by means of a thrust washer 21, a compression spring 22 and an adjusting nut 23 with a turning force equal to the total rigidity of the damper springs 19 at the maximum compression under a load corresponding to the maximum allowable force on the L-shaped blade 13 of the working body 11 of the milling section 6.EFFECT: invention will improve the quality of soil treatment and strip seeding, reduce metal consumption and energy intensity and increase the service life of L-shaped blades.2 dwg
