Zusammenfassung:FIELD: agriculture.SUBSTANCE: wide-coverage tilling unit includes a frame with a trailer, supported in the rear part by pneumatic wheels, a rotating frame with wings and hydraulic cylinders for rotation from the horizontal working position to the vertical transportation position. On the wings along the front, by means of spring-loaded horizontally-longitudinal axes, working sections are movably fixed. The working sections consist of frames. On the wings, in bearing assemblies on shafts, working elements are mounted. The rotating frame is made in the form of a middle rotating bar. On the ends of the rotating bar, wings are hingedly installed on crosspieces. The wings are equipped with stops limiting the rotation of the wings from convergence in the transportation position. At the ends of the wings, technological wheels are mounted. Transport wheels are mounted on front walls. The extreme wing ends are connected by tie-rods to the front part of the frame with a trailer. The tie-rods consist of 2 parts: front parts - short ones with catchers and snaps with fingers and springs, connected through compensating springs with cables with the middle rotating bar and rear parts - long ones, some of which are connected movably with U-shaped arms installed movably on the frame with a trailer, and the other ends are movably fixed to the wing ends through brackets. The working sections on the wings are installed by means of arms, on which they are mounted movably on the spring-loaded horizontally-longitudinal axes. The arms on the wings are installed within the frames by means of axes. The frames on the wings are fixed with clamps. In the frames under the arms, two limiting plates are mounted at an angle to each other. The vertices of the plate corners are located under the centres of the horizontally-longitudinal axes, on which the arms are mounted within the frames. Front restricting plates during operation limit the upward rotation of the arms with the working sections, and the rear restricting plates - the downward rotation. On one of the side walls of the frames, by means of which the arms are installed on the wings, bushings are fixedly mounted, in which the locking fingers of the arms are installed in the transportation position. There are two openings in the locking fingers, by means of which they are fixed with spring pins in the transportation position or in the working position.
