Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: transportation.SUBSTANCE: hydrodynamic transmission contains the casing (2), filled with the working fluid, the pump and the turbine wheels (3) and (4), the reactor (5), the internal combustion engine(1), the gearbox (6) with the driving and driven shafts (7) and (8). Also, the hydrodynamic transmission contains the control system (14) in the form of the control unit (15), tachometers (16) and (17), located on the driving and driven shafts (7) and (8), the magnetic coupling (9), having the external and internal magnetic rotors (10) and (11). The first one is movably fixed relative to the converter housing (2), and the latter is rigidly fixed to the turbine wheel (4) and the driven shaft (8). The control unit (15) contains the belt drive (12) and the electric motor (13). The method consists in that, when the engine (1) is running, the torque from the driving shaft (7) is transmitted by means of the fluid converter to the driven shaft (8) and the gearbox (6). When the load on the driven shaft (8) changes, there is the difference in the angular velocities on the driving and the driven shafts (7) and (8), which is determined by the control unit (15) of the control system (14), there occur the mechanical losses in the fluid converter body (2). In this case, the signal is transmitted from the control unit (15) to the motor (13), during operation of which the torque is transmitted to the external magnetic rotor (10) of the magnetic coupling (9), rotating relative to the fluid converter body (2) by means of the belt drive (12). The rotating electromagnetic field is formed, providing the additional rotation of the internal magnetic rotor (11), rigidly attached to the turbine wheel (4) and the driven shaft (8) relative to the external magnetic rotor (10). The signal stops to come from the control unit (15) of the control system (14) to the external magnetic rotor (10) of the magnetic coupling (9), then the torque on the driving and driven shafts (7) and (8) is smoothly leveling.EFFECT: reduction of mechanical losses during the fluid converter operation and increase of its power.1 dwg |
