Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: measuring equipment.SUBSTANCE: method of determining the temperature field in the region of the furnace working space during heating is proposed, in which a temperature sensor of a one-time use temperature field is placed in the region of the working space of the furnace and a temperature field influenced by the temperature field sensor is determined. After stopping the effect of the temperature field on the temperature field sensor, the characteristics of the temperature field sensor fixed by the sensor elements under the influence of the temperature field are determined. Determining the temperature in the area of the location of the sensor elements, and the temperature and the values of the coordinates of the points of temperature determination in the area of the working space of the furnace are judged on the distribution of the temperature field in the working volume of the furnace. Moreover, the temperature field sensor, made in the form of a flexible electroconductive yarn based on carbon, consisting of elements forming a single unit in the filament and fixing the maximum temperature in the region of their location from the temperature range of the created temperature field, is placed in the area of the working space of the furnace with the subsequent filling the working volume of the furnace with a chemically inert medium to the sensor. The temperature of the created temperature field is set in the range from 600 to 3000°C and determine the values of the electrical resistance along the length of the sensor at selected points corresponding to the points with the coordinates of the points of determining the temperature field in the region of the space of the working volume of the furnace, with an accuracy in the length of 0.4 mcm. Determining the temperature values at selected points along the length of the sensor by comparing the results obtained with the electrical resistance of the sensor to the previously constructed calibration curve of the electrical resistance of the sensor against temperature and based on previously determined temperatures at selected points and the coordinates of these points corresponding to the coordinates of the points of the temperature field in the region space of the working volume of the furnace, determine the temperature field in the space of the working volume furnaces with a temperature accuracy up to0.267×10°C.EFFECT: increasing the accuracy of measuring the temperature field.8 tbl, 16 dwg
