A ridge-forming roller 31 comprising a composite frame, spherical discs, and bars with springs, is mounted behind the ridge formers. The spherical discs are mounted with their convex side to the longitudinal symmetry axis of the roller 31 with the possibility to change the approach angle of the spherical discs symmetrically relative to the longitudinal symmetry axis of the roller 31 at the same angle, the opening of which is directed toward the roller 31 movement, and to be fixed in a determined position. Between the spherical discs on the axis at regular intervals flat discs are mounted, the outer contour of which is made multifaceted and sharpened bilaterally. Rippers are rigidly mounted on the convex side of each spherical disc, in cross-section having the shape of an elongated rectangle and directed with their lesser side towards the spherical disc rotation.
