Zusammenfassung:FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to traumatology and can be applied for surgery of ankle fractures. Before osteosynthesis of fracture of external ankle collagen in form od gel is applied on its surface. Fixation of tibiofibular syndesmosis is realised with bioresorbable 4.0 or 4.5 mm screw after preliminary countersink of hole for screw head, with further application of 1/3-tubular plate above. After that, fracture of internal ankle is processed with collagen and fixed with two bioresorbable screws with incomplete thread.EFFECT: method provides reliable fixation, possibility of earlier complete load on operated extremity. Изобретение относится к травматологии и может быть применимо для оперативного лечения переломов лодыжек. Перед остеосинтезом перелома наружной лодыжки на ее поверхность наносят коллапан в виде геля. Фиксацию межберцового синдесмоза осуществляют саморассасывающимся винтом 4,0 или 4,5 мм после предварительной раззенковки отверстия под шляпку винта, поверх накладывают треть-трубчатую пластину. Затем обрабатывают перелом внутренней лодыжки коллапаном и фиксируют двумя саморассасывающимися винтами с неполной резьбой. Способ обеспечивает надёжную фиксацию, возможность более ранней полной нагрузки на оперированную конечность.
