In real time determining scalar value of safety level check value for generated safety frame based on generated safety frame content and dynamic set of instructions for determining safety level, stored in said system. Generating safety marker for each generated safety frame, wherein safety marker is connected with said safety frame and includes certain scalar value safety level check value, safety frame period of time and vehicle geographic coordinates for said safety frame period of time. Storing safety frame and associated with it safety marker in said safety control system data storage facility. Safety marker is transmitted to safety control systems control system central unit via communication network.
