Disclosed are ionic liquids with siloxane fragment in cation of general formula I, where R=Y=CH, X=(-Si(CH))O, n=1 or 3, or X=(-Si(CH))O, n=1; either R=CH, Y=H, n=1, X=-Si(CH)OSi(CH)(CH)OSi(CH)-; either R=CH(CH)SiOSi(CH)-, Y=H, X=CH, n=1, as heat carriers. Novel dicationic ionic liquids with one or two siloxane fragments in a cation of general formula I have significantly lower evaporation capacity (volatility) (less than 0.07 mg/h with area of 1 cmin conditions of dynamic vacuum) and low pressure of saturated vapour (
