Zusammenfassung:FIELD: metalworking.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to application of coatings from polymer powder compositions on the surface of articles by electro-gas-flammed method and can be used in machine building and other industries. Device for application of coating of polymer powder compositions by electro-gas-flammed method central channel inside the shaft is made in the form of ceramic tube 4 with antifriction coating inside. Air flow heating assy comprises case 5 with expanding inlet and narrowing outlet sections, at the output of which there is spray nozzle 8. Inside housing 5 there is toroidal header 6 with a row of ports. Axes of ports are directed along the flow for uniform distribution of air along central pipe 4. After toroidal header 6 there are installed at least two rows of wire heaters 7 arranged inter perpendicular relative to housing axis 5. On spray nozzle 8 infrared radiator is installed, which contains detachable case 9, coaxial located relative to external wall of nozzle 8 to make circular cavity. Circular cavity is closed on the side of the flow starting movement and open on the side of flow outlet communicated with gas source. Inside the circular cavity there is ceramic ring 10 with a row of holes 11 to ensure the flameless combustion of gas mixture.EFFECT: technical result is increased intensity of heat exchange between hot air flow and particles of powder composition, increase of quality of coating and expansion of process capabilities of apparatus by successive carrying out of stages of spraying, fusion, spreading and accelerated process of film-forming of polymer powder compositions on the surface of metal and nonmetal materials.3 cl, 3 dwg Изобретение относится к технологии нанесения покрытий из полимерных порошковых композиций на поверхности изделий электрогазопламенным способом и может быть использовано в машиностроении и других отраслях промышленности.
