Zusammenfassung:FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: presented reconstructed building and the disclosed method for low-rise building reconstruction relates to construction industry. Reconstructed building is characterised by that the attached part of the building contains foundations, vertical support elements and floor coverings in the levels of initial building coverings. Heightened part of the building is located above the attached parts of the building and above the initial building. Vertical support elements are arranged in pairs opposite to each other on opposite sides of initial building at a distance from it. Reconstructed building is equipped with reinforced concrete cross beams, each of which is installed on a pair of vertical support elements above initial building with formation of rigid crosswise flat frame. Wherein, the vertical support elements are interconnected by rigidity lengthwise links, located in vertical longitudinal planes with formation of rigid volumetric system of said frames. Heightened part of the building is mounted on said frames and includes reinforced concrete girderless bearing frame made of prefabricated reinforced concrete of the CUB-2.5 system. Method for low-rise building reconstruction includes formation of foundations on opposite sides of initial building at a distance from its foundation, erection of vertical support elements on the formed foundations and mounting of storeyed coverings in the coverings levels of initial building on the said vertical support elements with further assembly of heightened part of the building. Wherein, said vertical support elements are arranged in pairs opposite to each other at a distance from the initial building from the opposite sides. After construction of vertical support elements above the initial building for every pair of vertical support elements arranged on opposite sides of the initial building opposite to each other, reinforced concrete crosswise beam is installed and fixed with formation of rigid crosswise flat frame. During construction of vertical support elements they are connected by rigidity lengthwise links, located in vertical longitudinal planes, with formation of rigid volumetric system of said frames.
