Zusammenfassung:FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a high-strength polyurethane foamed material with density of more than 50 to 300 g/l, with density-independent compression strength of more than 7.5·10MPa (l/g), with density-independent modulus of elasticity at compression of more than 1.7·10MPa (l/g), with density-independent tensile strength more than 6.4·10MPa (l/d), with density-independent modulus of elasticity in tension more than 2.4·10MPa (l/g), with density-independent flexural strength more than 1.25·10MPa (l/g)and density-independent modulus of elasticity in flexure more than 1.75·10MPa (l/g), which is obtained by mixing (a) polyisocyanates with (b) compounds having isocyanate-reactive groups, (c) blowing agent containing water and optionally with (d) a catalyst and (e) other additives, said mixing leads to production of a reaction mixture and to curing of reaction mixture, wherein cured reaction mixture contains from 1 to 40 wt% of hollow microspheres and/or mixture is applied on a porous reinforcing agent (f), which can form in foamed polyurethane material two-dimensional or three-dimensional spatial structures, wherein compounds having isocyanate-reactive groups (b) contain polyethers with hydroxyl groups (b1), polyesters with hydroxyl groups (b2), chain extenders (b3) and optionally crosslinkers (b4) and aromatic polyether diols (b5), component (b) contains also polyesters (b2) with hydroxyl groups, chain extenders (b3) and aromatic polyether diols (b5) in amount of not less than 50 wt% per total weight of component (b). Present invention also relates to a method of producing such high-strength polyurethane foams and to their use as reinforcing foams for load-bearing, stiff areal elements, in interior of blades or wings, and also as insulation material for liquefied natural gas.EFFECT: technical result is development of foamed material with very good mechanical properties, including high strength and modulus of elasticity at compression, as well as high strength and modulus of elasticity in tension, high shear strength, and at same time with high elasticity and low density.17 cl, 13 ex, 3 tbl
