FIELD: medical equipment.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment and is intended for bracing children with infantile cerebral paralysis (ICP) followed by deformation of the foots, pathological plants, wandering of an ankle joint contractures, combined with hip joint pathology, and also at a number of locomotor pathologies at the level of distal departments of the lower limbs. Orthopaedic apparatus consists of the sliding bar to the ends of which are connected by means of elastic elements the cages of right and left hip. Sliding bar is composed of two rods made from titanium alloy, connected among themselves by the guidance mechanisms. To the rod by means of fastener connection are attached side sliding bars, lower ends of which are connected by fasteners with lower sliding bar, ends of rods have a sphere made from elastic polymer material.
