POTATO-SORTING APPARATUS

FIELD: agriculture.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machine building. Plant includes frame (4), lower (3) and upper (6) bins, rotor, elevator (5), carousel (7), rollers with elastic spirals. To ramp (1) with enclosure (2) adjoins lower hopper (3) connected to frame (4). Elevator and upper bin (6) are installed on frame (5). Two kickers (12) are attached to frame. In upper part of elevator there is unloading device (17). Drive (8) and driven (9) wheels transfer torque from elevator to rotor. Rotor is enclosed in housing (10), inside which there are dampers. Table is installed on carousel (7) supports, which rotates drive wheel by means of roller interacting with track. Conveyors are mounted on supports (11) of large tubers, conveyors (13) of average tubers, conveyor (14) of small tubers, waste conveyor and stones conveyor. To supports are connected: bin (15) of small tubers, waste bin, slope of small tubers and slope of middle tubers and comb. Under top hopper there is a distributor, covered with a spreader. Around distributor there are rollers with elastic spirals, wherein gap between rollers increases from center to periphery. Peripheral ends of rollers are installed in brackets of frame.
