HYDRAULIC DRIVE PROTECTION SYSTEM

FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be applied for protection from unauthorised discharge of working fluid from hydraulic systems of road, construction, agricultural, meliorative, forestry, and industrial machines and equipment with hydraulic drive of working members. Hydraulic drive protection system includes hydraulic tank, pump connected via pressure hydraulic line with hydraulic drive through distributor, drain line into hydraulic tank, and locking device, which includes housing with inlet, outlet, and blind cavities, inlet, outlet, and drain nipples with channels, installed in discharge hydraulic line and connected by its inlet cavity to output of pump, and by outlet cavity to distributor, with spring-loaded plunger arranged in inlet cavity with annular groove combined with radial holes, that shuts off outlet nipple channel, and axial channel communicated with outlet cavity, which is shut by spring-loaded plunger conical valve with hydraulic booster of hydraulic pump. Locking device is additionally equipped with relief valve with nipple rigidly mounted in bore of stop on locking device. Relief valve is made in form of hollow cylinder with mounted in it spring-loaded piston equipped with sealing ring made of elastic material. Piston divides cylindrical cavity of unloading valve into two ones: piston cavity communicated with outlet cavity of housing of locking device via channel made in stop on locking device, and spring cavity communicated via nipple channel with drain line.EFFECT: technical result of disclosed invention is upgraded efficiency of hydraulic drive protection from unauthorised discharge of working fluid from hydraulic system in case of high-pressure hoses destruction.1 cl, 1 dwg Изобретение относится к машиностроению и может быть использовано для защиты от несанкционированного выброса рабочей жидкости из гидросистем строительно-дорожных, сельскохозяйственных, мелиоративных, лесотехнических, промышленных машин и оборудования с гидроприводом рабочих органов.
