Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to mechanical engineering, namely to sheet wear-resistant polymeric laminated composite materials, and can be used in sliding supports of various applications. Sheet laminated polymeric durable composite material comprises of at least one structural layer made from polymer composite material comprising phenol-formaldehyde resin as polymeric binder in form of novolac or phenol-formaldehyde resin in resole forms, a poly-oxadiazole fibre or poly-oxadiazole fibre and cotton fibres mixture as filler fibre and powder filler with a predetermined quantitative content of polymeric composite material components. Outer structural layers are executed of equal thickness, and inner structural layers are executed of equal or unequal thickness. Layers are using fibres of structural layers in form of thread, chopped thread, fabric and other materials. Powder filler contains colloidal graphite and/or molybdenum disulfide with different particle sizes. In second embodiment, sheet material damping layer comprises a phenol-formaldehyde resin in novolac form or phenol-formaldehyde resin in resole forms as a binder, a cotton fibre or glass fibre with a predetermined quantitative content of damping layer of polymeric wear resistant composite material components as fibre filler. At that, number of structural layers exceeds number of damping layers per one layer. At that, as powder filler composite material of damping layers may comprise a colloidal graphite and/or molybdenum disulfide with predetermined particle sizes.EFFECT: technical result, which is achieved by inventions is possibility of friction coefficient reducing during use in friction against 40X13A steel and maintaining of operational and wear characteristics of composite material.13 cl, 4 tbl
