Zusammenfassung:FIELD: aircraft engineering.SUBSTANCE: space is monitored to reveal and analyse the dangerous space object. Probability, location and tome of collision of the space object with the Earth and existing spaceships. Preliminary info with allowance for the minimum average risk criterion is transmitted in online mode to space system control centres, complexes and governments of the states to inform on originating danger. Claimed warning ACS comprises the main IAC. The Earth fragment comprises hardware-software, info, linguistic means, systems for reception, storage, transmission, processing, analysis and prediction of dangerous situations. Besides, it includes the radar, optical dangerous situation measurement, control and monitoring means. Also, it includes the components that follow, i.e. segment for monitoring of risks in low-orbit area of the near-Earth space, segment for computation of solar and geomagnetic activity parameters, segment for analysis of non-coordinate data on space objects, segment of monitoring the asteroid-comet danger, computation complexes, servers of data bases, computer-aided workstations, subsystems, data bases on spaceship launching, archives on spaceships and other observed space objects of the register of operated spaceships and groups, on the history on the events in near-Earth space, in the catalogue of dangerous space objects, on man-made fouling of said near-Earth space, on trajectory measurements and orbital info on spaceships and space objects. Also, used are the results of space object orbit determination by the data of measurements, the results of space object fall time and location prediction, the results of prediction of the approach between uncontrolled space objects and controlled space objects with the help of heliogeophysical parameters of atmosphere.
