Zusammenfassung:FIELD: metallurgy.SUBSTANCE: method of production of especially thick insulation coating on surface of electrical steel includes the stages: 1) liquid preparation for coating application by sufficient liquid agitating to apply coating during 0.1~4 hours, at that liquid viscosity for the coating application is in range 10~80 St. Besides, the method includes stage 2) of the coating application on narrow flat steel using double or three roll machine for coatings application. Thickness and uniformity of the film are controlled by means of adjustment of different work parameters. Besides the method includes stage 3) of coating sintering using three production sites, i.e. drying section, sintering section, and cooling section, to ensure the coating sintering. Temperature in the drying section is 100~400°C. Temperature in the sintering section is 200~370°C. Total time for treatment in drying and solidification sections is 33-144 seconds, from this time period 9-39 seconds for drying and sintering time is 24~105 seconds. During sintering the narrow flat steel with coating is transported by contact-free method, in particular the narrow flat steel is transported by blowing-out to lower surface of the air with regulated pressure such that to ensure its emersion, air pressure is 0~2000 Pa. Wet film is protected from the contact with the furnace rolls until its solidification, ensuring surface integrity of the wet film.EFFECT: assurance of the possibility to obtain insulation coating with uniform thickness, having excellent characteristics of interlayer resistance during applications linked with the hydropower industry and nuclear energy production.6 cl, 2 tbl, 2 dwg Изобретение относится к способам нанесения покрытий и пленок на поверхности узкой полосовой стали и может быть использовано для получения особо толстого изоляционного покрытия на поверхности электротехнической стали.
