Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of refractory articles for metallurgy, particularly, to production of said articles for casting units. It can be used for production of carbon-containing stopper heads, nonswirl nozzles, monoblock retainers, metal jet protection pipes at continuous steel casting, etc. This system comprises compartments equipped with automated equipment for charge preparation components, preparation of phosphate binder, mixing of charge components and binder composed by homogeneous suspension, moulding of article semis and their thermal processing, power supplies and control unit. First compartment of charge components preparation includes the charge components grinding hardware, change being based on silica-alumina fractions and accumulation container for fine dispersed carbon-containing component. Second compartment of phosphate binder preparation includes the equipment for production of water solution of orthophosphoric acid or its metal phosphate compounds. Outlets of said first and second compartments are connected via batchers with inlets of the third compartment for mixing of said charge components and phosphate binder to be homogeneous suspension. Note here that third compartment outlet is connected via first transfer means with inlet of the fourth compartment for moulding of article semis. Said fourth compartment includes press equipment for filling and compacting the standard molds made of stainless steel and provided with the set appliances for finishing molded semis. Outlet of said fourth compartment is connected via second transfer device with inlet of the fifth compartment of semis thermal processing including interconnected drying chamber, continuous calcining kiln to maintain at its mid part the working temperature of 400-500°C and handrail for baking of articles for casting hardware exiting from said kiln. First compartment can comprise silica-alumina separation and grinding hardware to get the following fractions: 500-1000 mcm - 40-50%, 200-500 mcm - 10-20%, less than 200 mcm - 5-10%. Proposed components are mixed in the following ratio in wt %: alumina-silica stock - 74-80, chromium-alumina-phosphate binder - 8-16, carbon-bearing component (taurite or technical carbon P-803) making the rest.EFFECT: efficient and user-friendly system for production of refractory articles from relatively cheap stock that feature guaranteed structural, geometrical, mechanical and thermal properties.4 cl, 2 |
