Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: claimed process consists in making of strong thin structures supporting the electromagnetic calorimeter. Said structure represents cellular composed of carbon fibre impregnated with epoxy binder. Invention aims at producing the mechanical structure from carbon fibre of high strength and to high precision as to the depth of thin walls of 20 mcm and planarity. It consists in the use for making of required surfaces and wall depth, at no external pressure and autoclave, of external forming plates and bars of compound shape from high-alloy steel assembled to integrated structure with the help of high-strength screws. Required depth and accuracy of cellular structure are ensured by guaranteed clearances provided in forming plates and bars that set the depth of finished article walls to accuracy of 20 mcm and high surface quality. To implement claimed process, proposed is the device including the parts intended for forming of high-precision inner and outer geometry of thin-wall cellular structures and the set of extra part required for assembly and transfer of the device as well as tooling temperature control system pickups in production process. Precision of produced cellular structures is ensured by precise positioning of said parts relative to each other in the mould assembly and by high-precision processing of tooling parts. For efficient production of required specimen in future, it is required to perform some standard jobs not related with application of this device, namely, cutting of process and structural elements in alveola edges.EFFECT: possibility of production of support cellular structures with wall depth of 200 mcm with cell precision of 20 mcm and planarity approximating to 10 mcm.2 cl, 4 dwg
Способ по изобретению заключается в создании прочных тонких, механических поддерживающих структур для электромагнитного калориметра. Такими структурами являются ячеистые структуры из пропитанной эпоксидным связующим ткани из углеродного волокна.Техническим результатом, достигаемым при использовании способа по изобретению, является возможность изготовления механической структуры из углеродного волокна с высокой прочностью и точностью по толщине тонких стенок 20 мкм и плоскостности.
