Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to continuous-operation vibration mixers to be used in production of construction materials and construction for fabrication of polydisperse multicomponent materials. Said mixer comprises mixing chamber with material loading and discharge openings, vaned rotor and vaned rotor drive. Top and bottom vibrators are rigidly secured at the centre of mixing chamber top and bottom parts. Top and bottom vibrators made on cases to be excited by bottom, mid and top crank gears and to generate vibration fields at mixing chamber centre to be applied from bottom and top vibrators. Vibrator case inside has discs with guide props rigidly secured at the horizontal plane centre. Top and bottom vibrator disks have cylindrical ledges to be fitted and secured over spring ID, springs being fitted in the barrels to be clamped/released therein. Rods are rigidly fixed to centre of their inner parts. Pushers are secured to the centre of outside parts, their opposite ends being secured to inner parts to make the smallest crimps. Said pushers serve to excite vibrations from said smallest crimps of vibrator cases. Four ledges are secured in symmetry to barrels outer cylindrical surfaces. Cases of vibrators are composed of metallic corrugated shells that form truncated circles in vertical plane section over crimp peaks points, said circles making truncated equilateral triangle in vertical plane cross-section over crimp peaks points. These can create two equal-amplitude different-frequency vibration fields. Each of the latter corresponds in shape to corrugated outline of said solids of revolution with different-direction vibrations.EFFECT: enhanced performances, higher intensity of mixing.3 dwg
