Zusammenfassung:FIELD: oil-and-gas industry.SUBSTANCE: drive comprises the engine, the reducer, the mechanism converting rotary motion into reciprocating motion, comprising the driving and driven sheaves enclosed with continuous flexible linkage connected to the carriage which is connected to counter-weight. Axes of the converting mechanism, of the counterbalance and the flexible linkage are located near the same vertical plane. The upper sheave is installed in the housing with a possibility of rotation and limited movement along an axis of the conversion mechanism for regulation of tension of the continuous flexible linkage by means of the tension mechanism consisting of the mobile housing installed on a longitudinal skid of the drive housing and connected to the pusher. The pusher of the tension mechanism is designed as the hydraulic pair cylinder-piston. Its mobile part supports the housing of the top sheave. The tension mechanism is designed as a plunger or a piston pump interconnected through the delivery valve with the pusher cylinder cavity which is interconnected through the control device with the feeding vessel interconnected through the suction valve with the pump the mobile part of which is connected to the lever with a possibility of rotation with reference to the drive housing and interaction through the flexible connection with a counterbalance. The place of fastening of flexible connection to the lever is equidistant from the contact of the flexible connection with counterbalance in its extreme positions.
