METHOD OF TREATING ADVANCED NON-SMALL CELL LUNG CANCER

The treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer involves the chemotherapy and two daily radiations every 5 or 6 hours for 5 days a week. For the first two weeks, the patient is exposed to the radiation twice a day in a single boost dose from 1.00 to 1.25 Gy; for the third and second weeks, the single boost dose range within 1.25 to 1.35 Gy, twice a day; for the fifth week, the single boost dose is from 1.4 to 1.45 Gy, twice a day as well. A total boost dose makes from 59 to 63 Gy. Лечение неоперабельного немелкоклеточного рака легкого включает химиотерапию и ежедневное двухразовое лучевое воздействие с интервалом 5-6 часов в течение 5-ти дней в неделю. При этом в первые две недели облучение проводят 2 раза в день по РОД от 1,00 до 1,25 Гр, на третьей и четвертой неделе - 2 раза в день по РОД от 1,25 до 1,35 Гр, на пятой неделе - 2 раза в день по РОД от 1,4 до 1,45 Гр. СОД на курс облучения составляет от 59 до 63 Гр. Одновременно проводят химиотерапию, для чего в 1-й и 29-й дни лучевой терапии за 30-45 мин до первого сеанса вводят 70-80 мг/мцисплатина, а в 1-3 и 29-31 дни лучевой терапии за 1 ч 20 мин ÷ 1 ч 40 мин до повторного облучения вводят от 90 до 100 мг/мэтопозида. Способ обеспечивает повышение эффективности лучевой терапии за счет максимально обоснованного использования лучевого и химиовоздействия, с сокращением сроков лечения и существенного уменьшения объема опухоли - уменьшения числа раковых клеток в 50-70 раз. 1 ил., 2 табл., 4 пр.
