Zusammenfassung:FIELD: heating.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the method and the device for damping of temperature deformations of kiln walls. The method includes uniform transfer of deformations of the kiln wall by means of metal grid and rod X-shaped structure located along the whole length of the kiln wall which is rigidly fixed on it with support on ferroconcrete racks, while the damping of deformations in the ferroconcrete rack is executed by its installation with zero deformation, the range of elastic deformation in the horizontal plane of the kiln wall resulted from the thermal expansion is measured and in case of excess of the pre-set size of the named deformation the named range is adjusted with the subsequent return of the wall to the design position at deformation measurement ? 20 mm. The device contains the metal grid and rod X-shaped structure fixed on the ferroconcrete rack, located along the whole length of the kiln wall, rigidly connected to the top part of the kiln wall in points of evenly distributed load with identical intervals, and the mobile rod which is rigidly fixed with the metal structure in eyes with a possibility of its return and movement in the horizontal direction to the value of deformation of the kiln wall. The device contains the measuring ruler for display of deformation size, which is rigidly fixed on the ferroconcrete rack, and the metal structure is implemented removable and fixed on the ferroconcrete rack using anchor bolts.EFFECT: providing the control of process of deformation of the kiln bathtub walls and possibility of continuous return of walls into starting position under the influence of forces of resistance of the elastic structure, avoiding residual deformations of the ferroconcrete wall of the kiln, increase of service life of the kiln lining and decrease of consumption coefficients of raw materials.5 cl, 4 dwg Изобретение относится к способу и устройству для гашения температурных деформаций стенок печи обжига.
