VIBRATION MIXER

FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: vibration mixer comprises a mixing chamber with materials loading and unloading ports respectively, a rotor with blades. In the top and bottom parts of the mixing chamber, lower and upper vibrators are set in the centre and rigidly fixed, they are made in corrugated casings and generate vibrations by lower, central and upper crank mechanisms. A disk is rigidly fixed inside the casing of the lower vibrator in the centre in the horizontal plane, it is fitted with a cylindrical protrusion able of being inserted and fastened along the inner diameter of a spring installed in a cup. A connecting rod driven by the central crank mechanism is rigidly attached to the centre of the upper inner part of the cup. To the centre of the top external part the follower is connected, it is rigidly secured by other end to the internal top part of the bottom vibrator casing. The lower vibrator disk provides for the possibility of generating vibrations of the central part of the lower vibrator casing with the help of four pushers which by their upper part are symmetrically attached to the lower part of the disk and by the lower part are coupled in a movable pivot unit of the connecting rod of the lower crank mechanism. A disk is rigidly fixed inside the casing of the top vibrator in the centre in the horizontal plane, it is fitted with a guide pole and cylindrical shoulder able of being inserted and fastened along the inner diameter of a spring installed in a cup. The stem is rigidly attached to the centre of the cup's inner part, and a pusher is attached to the centre of the cup's outer part, the pusher is rigidly coupled by the other end with the inner part forming the smallest corrugation of the top vibrator casing. Four shoulders are symmetrically secured on the outer cylindrical part of the cup. The vibrators' casings are made as metal corrugated shells being corrugated thin-walled bodies of rotation which in the vertical plane of their sections provide for isoscales triangle by corrugation peaks points.EFFECT: qualitative intensification of component mixing process on the whole.3 dwg Изобретение относится к устройствам для перемешивания бетонной смеси и может быть использовано для производства многокомпонентных смесей.
