Способ заключается в определении в чешуе концентрации Mn и/или Cu методом атомно-эмиссионной спектрометрии. Рассчитывают уравнение регрессии, и по содержанию Mn и/или Cu в чешуе устанавливают концентрацию меди. Способ точен, атравматичен и неинвазивен, прост и удобен в использовании. 3 табл., 1 пр..
