COMBINATION UNIT FOR FULL CYCLE OF COLLECTION OF CLUMP LAYERS

FIELD: agriculture.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural engineering. The unit comprises a frame with support wheels and the working bodies placed on it, an angle gearbox with the tractor power shaft and wheel brushes for unmoulding of the mother plantation. The shafts, on which the brushes are arranged, are connected to the shafts coming out of the angle gearbox. The unit is equipped with a rotary knife to separate the layers, located behind the wheel brushes in the direction of the unit motion and the receiving casing with the belt conveyor attached to it. The shaft, on which the rotary knife is located, is connected with additional shaft coming out of the angle gearbox.EFFECT: improved performance and quality of collection of clump layers is provided.2 dwg Изобретение относится к сельскохозяйственному машиностроению. Агрегат содержит раму с опорными колесами и размещенными на ней рабочими органами, угловой редуктор с карданным валом привода от вала отбора мощности трактора и дисковые щетки для разокучивания маточника. Валы, на которых расположены щетки, связаны с валами, выходящими из углового редуктора. Агрегат снабжен дисковым ножом для отделения отводков, расположенным за дисковыми щетками по ходу движения агрегата, и приемным кожухом с присоединенным к нему ленточным транспортером. Вал, на котором расположен дисковый нож, связан с дополнительным валом, выходящим из углового редуктора. Обеспечивается повышение производительности и качества сбора маточных отводков. 2 ил.
