Impregnating solution contains silicon-containing hydrolysable compounds and soluble aluminium salt, with molar ratio of aluminium salt, water and silicon-containing hydrolysable compound provides pH=4÷7 in impregnating solution and molar ratio in solution [Al]/[Si]
